Winemaker Notes
Though vinified as a white wine, Pinot Grigio grapes develop a light purple, even slightly gray hue to the grape skins when they are ripe and ready to harvest. Our 2022 example, true to the classic examples of northern Italy, shows a translucent pale straw in the glass.
