2020 En Vie
The 2020 vintage was impressively rich and full-bodied, with a deep color hinting at the high proportion of Syrah. On the nose, alluring hints of black pepper and huckleberry allude to the complexity of the style. Flavors of plum and blackberry entwine around a core of powerful tannins that will allow this wine to age gracefully for the better part of a decade. Pair this wine alongside a beef brisket.

2021 Diosa Roja
Diosa Roja is our newest blended wine, bringing a unique addition to our Bolero collection. A blend of 85% Garnacha and 15% Petite Sirah, this appealing cherry-hued wine leaps out of the glass. Aromas of strawberry jam, baking spices, and just a hint of plum. On the palate, the bright, juicy acidity of the Garancha is bolstered by the tannin and dark fruit notes delivered by the Petite Sirah. A perfect match for a juicy rack of ribs.

2021 Vermentino - 96 points CA State Fair
Vermentino is grown throughout the Mediterranean, following the gorgeous climate defined by that beautiful sea. With our temperate Mediterranean climate, this variety finds a perfect home in the Temecula Valley. This Vermentino channels a bit of the sea on the aroma, with sea spray notes melding with an appealing overture of green apple. On the palate, it is tart and refreshing, with ripe citrus flavors framing a long-lasting finish highlighted by a mouthwatering acidity that carries the wine on and on. Pairs well with a caesar salad.
