GRAPES: Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana and Montuni.
UNIQUE CHARECTISTICS: Grape must is the most important component. Grape must has a minimum total acidity of 8 gr / kg and a minimum net dry extract equal to 55 gr / kg. For colorimetric stabilization, up to a maximum of 2% of the volume of the finished product, caramel can be added. The addition of any other substance is prohibited.
