Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
Elegant and fruity at the same time with a quick invitation from bright, pure cherry-like notes and then filled out handsomely by whiffs of chalky soils and well-integrated, rich and uplifting yeast-driven scents, this wine suggests to be both vigorous and layered at one and the same time.

Winemaker Notes
The House of Laurent-Perrier introduced Cuvée Rosé in 1968. Allowing the know-how of Laurent-Perrier to fully represent itself with a wine rich in boldness of flavor and graceful elegance. The Rosé Méthode Champenoise wines released by all Champagne houses, represent the most luxurious levels of Champagne. The very finest grapes from every Champagne producer are reserved for the production of the winery’s Rosé offerings. Produced exclusively from Pinot Noir selected from the finest vineyards located mainly in the area of Montagne de Reims, including the famous Côte de Bouzy, the finest clusters of grapes from those exceptional vineyards are hand sorted and destemmed before vatting.
Production
The maceration of juice with grape skins lasts 72 hours and facilitates the extraction of color and development of the full aromatic richness of the Pinot Noir. After completion of blending, the wine is then aged in bottle for a minimum of 5 years.
