The Rosé Méthode Champenoise wines released by all Champagne houses, represent the most luxurious levels of Champagne. The very finest grapes from every Champagne producer are reserved for the production of the winery’s Rosé offerings. Produced exclusively from Pinot Noir selected from the finest vineyards located mainly in the area of Montagne de Reims, including the famous Côte de Bouzy, the finest clusters of grapes from those exceptional vineyards are hand sorted and destemmed before vatting.
The maceration of juice with grape skins lasts 72 hours and facilitates the extraction of color and development of the full aromatic richness of the Pinot Noir. After completion of blending, the wine is then aged in bottle for a minimum of 5 years.
