Showing a slightly darker color than our past rosés, this wine immediately lives up to the darker color with a surprisingly robust nose of strawberry shortcake, orange zest, and ripe Japanese plum. Light-bodied and easy-drinking, flavors of red licorice, grenadine, and a touch of cinnamon match perfectly with a touch of sweetness on the finish.
Food Pairing Notes
Definitely worth trying with pad thai or spicy chorizo, where the sweetness will nicely balance against the spiciness to give a softly textured and smoothly flavored pairing experience.
