Tasting Notes
An appealing strawberry aroma, lifted by a hint of baking spice, greets the nose on first approach. Delicate and light on the palate, flavors of red fruits drive the tasting experience through intriguing wild herb interludes, leading on to a finish marked by brilliant acidity.
Winemaker Notes
Garnacha, also known as Grenache, is truly the grape of the Mediterranean, finding a ready home in just about any suitable growing area surrounding the picturesque sea. However, it produces a wide range of styles depending on where it is grown. This example, often one of our most popular wines at Bolero, is representative of the traditional Spanish style, showing a brighter and lighter side than one might find in France.
Food Pairing Notes
Delightful with Pollo al ajillo.
