Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced using cold extraction within 5 hours of harvesting. Made from the first olives, harvested while still green which makes for enriched organoleptic properties. It is an olive oil rich in natural antioxidants and vitamins. Notes of delightful aromatic fragrance of freshly cut plants and young vegetables. A full-bodied oil with slightly bitter and astringency, yet beautifully balanced with hints of tomato, young herbs, and almond. Ideal for finishing any dish, the star base of any dressing or marinade, and lovely for dipping with warm fresh bread.
