Champagne Balsamic Vinegar

This balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, is complex, rich, and tart.  Its depth of flavor comes from the barrel-aged balsamic vinegar that is blended with sparkling white French champagne vinegar. We love it in vinaigrette, vegetables, roasted meats, red meat, and venison.
