Chef’s Blend extra virgin olive oil is a great addition to any olive oil tasting bar collection. While this
single-origin olive oil varies with the season, this medium-sized black olive maintains a very well-balanced tasting profile of fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency. A current single varietal of Picual olives, this oil is moderately complex. A very fresh taste, pleasing to the palate that finishes with a lingering peppery sensation. Great as an all-purpose olive oil and very universal in the kitchen.
