Tasting Notes
Channeling aromas of apple skin and ripe melon, the abundance and approachability of the fruit immediately engages the senses. On the palate, flavors of baked pear play off of the slightest bit of creaminess, reminiscent of lemon meringue.

We leave out the heavy influence of new oak barrels and sweetness to show the delicate fruit and wonderful freshness this legendary variety is capable of expressing.
