Tasting Notes
Aromas of clove and juniper frame a core of candied black cherry beautifully, setting the stage for flavors of jammy plum. The long oak aging has softened the body and tannin to perfect smoothness, though a few years in the bottle will allow it to develop even more complexity.
Winemaker Notes
Harvested from the meticulously tended Bella Collina Vineyard in westside Paso Robles, these are some of the finest Cabernet grapes grown in what is already an esteemed area. Picked by hand on September 18th, 2020, this fruit was gently handled and aged for over 30 months to achieve the potential set forth by this excellent site.
