Leaping from the glass with aromas of honey-dipped pear, flowing smoothly into flavors of ripe apple set off by just a hint of caramel, is the result of the excellent 2023 vintage.
Winemaker Notes
Arneis is one of our favorite varieties because the wine is excellent, and the story is mesmerizing. Nearly rendered extinct in the 20th century due to a proclivity to produce small yields and the emerging popularity of the Barolo wines made in the same region, a few determined families saved this variety, tending to it in small vineyards in Piemonte. But their efforts were well rewarded, with Arneis growing in popularity yearly.
