Fresh aromatic nose with aromas of nectarine and peppermint, fleshy and juicy mouthfeel with a clean finish that recalls ginger root.
Nicely balanced with residual sugar. This wine was tank fermented in stainless steel with a residual sugar of 1.4%. We halted the yeast fermentation before its completion, which left some sweetness in the wine—just enough to enjoy but not over-the-top.
