Reblochon Cheese: France
Reblochon is a soft washed-rind and smear-ripened French cheese made in the Alpine region of Haute-Savoie from raw cow's milk. It has its own AOC designation. Reblochon was first produced in the Thônes and Arly valleys, in the Aravis Massif (French Alps).

Crucolo Cheese: Italy

Caciocavallo: Italy
Caciocavallo is a type of stretched-curd cheese made from sheep's or cow's milk. It is produced throughout Southern Italy, particularly in the Apennine Mountains and in the Gargano peninsula - shaped like a teardrop - it is similar in taste to the aged Southern Italian Provolone cheese, with a hard edible rind.

Queso de Valdeon Cheese: Spain
Queso de Valdeon is a Spanish blue cheese from Leon. The cheese is made in Posada de Valdeon, in the northeast of the province of Leon, and is wrapped in sycamore maple, or chestnut leaves before being sent to market.

Manchego Cheese: Spain
Manchego is a cheese made in the La Mancha region of Spain from the milk of sheep of the Manchega breed. It is aged between 60 days and 2 years. Manchego has a firm and compact consistency and a buttery texture, often containing small, unevenly distributed air pockets.
