Let Europa's Sommelier, Dr. Doug Garman take you on a journey through Spain, sampling Europa's Bolero Cellars Spanish wines, and savor samples of fine food pairings prepared by Executive Chef Dean Thomas. This class will give you a better understanding of how to evaluate the appearance, nose, palate, and quality of wines.
