The Garnacha Blanca brings bright acidity with aromas of melon and a subtle flavor of pineapple. The Verdejo, sourced from a prime vineyard along the Sacramento River Delta, gives plush ripe apple aromas and a rich body that integrates amazingly well with the Garnacha Blanca.

Toro Blanco is an exciting new wine for our Bolero series, blending two classic Spanish varieties, Garnacha Blanca and Verdejo, to make a wonderfully balanced and characterful white wine. The Garnacha Blanca sourced from the esteemed, multiple award-winning Duarte’s Vineyard in Temecula Valley.
