Tasting Notes
In 2021 we saw a beautiful balance between power and grace, earth and fruit, and texture and body. Wowing the nose with aromas of smoked meats and plum jam, with rich flavors of spiced black cherry rounding into an extraordinarily smooth tannin.
Winemaker Notes
Our Reserve Syrah always tells the story of what Mother Nature gave us in some of our most treasured vineyards, those producing our Estate Syrah. These vineyards, which are divided between vines surrounding our C‘est La Vie Winery and a special plot about a mile down Rancho California Road, consistently produce excellent and characterful fruit.
