Tasting Notes
Deep, brooding color and aromas of blackberry and fresh ground black pepper. On the palate, it shows flavors of smoked meats and black plum. Full-bodied and tannic, this wine has the backbone needed for long aging.

Our Private Reserve Syrah has been acclaimed by our staff and guests as one of the finest renderings of the variety available. The last vintage, 2018, received a Double Gold Medal and 99 points from the California State Fair, rising above the competition to show the greatness of the Temecula Valley for this grape. The 2019 is arguably even better.
