A dozen roses, hard candy and rosemary on the nose with a long lasting, soft but peppery mouthfeel.
This fruit was harvested from the hills above the Temecula Valley and was a little lighter in color than we desire for our regular Cabernet Sauvignon, so we chose to make a rosé with it – and boy are we pleased with our decision. This is a deliciously surprising wine that may remain on the palette indenitely and I wish we had made 200 cases more...
