Unlike Champagne, Prosecco is produced using the Charmat-Martinotti method, in which secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks instead of in the bottle. We partnered with an old friend to find this wine made in the heart of Prosecco DOC area in Treviso, Italy and we hope you enjoy it.
