Tasting Notes
With aromas of ripe grapefruit and brioche, one is immediately excited as to the possibilities of this lovely sparkling wine. On the palate, the bright acidity and fine bubbles carry flavors of key lime resolving into a creamy hazelnut.
Winemaker Notes
Petit Nuage translates to "little cloud." When we tasted this cuvee, we thought the name was appropriate given the bright acidic lift and fine bubbles that reminded us so much of clouds floating on the wind.
