Tasting Notes
For this rendition we start with 35% Garnacha for bright red fruits and a lift of acidity, 30% Tempranillo for rich tannin and notes of fine leather, 21% Mazuelo for smooth, round berry flavors, 8% Graciano for dark color and a kick of pepper and finally a 6% addition of Cabernet Sauvignon for structure and a hint of eucalyptus. The final blend is complex, delicious and one that we are extremely excited to share with you.
