This special blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Garnacha, and Syrah carries a regal ruby hue which effortlessly translates into aromas of cinnamon and red currants. On the palate, it is refined and silky smooth, with flavors of cherry and just the slightest hint of anise carrying on to finish elegantly in a long and polished tannin.

La Monarca is an exciting new wine we have created to honor the classical wines of Penedes, the region of Catalonia famous for so many excellent wines that marry traditional Spanish varieties with their legendary French brethren, as well as to put a focus on the incredible elegance and balance possible in Temecula Valley.
