In classic style, this 100% Pinot Noir Brut Rosé Champagne is fermented in the bottle and left
to age for 30 months on the lees to gain richness and a creamy texture. An assertive rosé, with a pale red color and a consistent fine pinpoint bead. Aromatically, it shines with spicy cherries, dark fruits, rose petal, and leather aromas on the nose.

Winemaker Notes
Monsieur Jean Laurent is the third‐generation owner of this majestic Champagne estate, but the Laurent family have been growing grapes and producing wine in the tiny village of Celles‐sur‐Ource for centuries. With a strong commitment to sustainable agriculture and a fanatical devotion to quality, the Laurent family are among the finest growers of fruit needed to produce great Champagne. Jean and his family sell 95% percent of their fruit from their limestone chalky soils to be used in the production of such notorieties as Krug Champagne, Moët & Chandon “Dom Perignon,” and Louis Roederer “Cristal.” These exceptional wineries have historically made their “house style” Champagnes by sourcing exceptional fruit from the very best growers and then blend all the different sourced vineyard fruit together, to gain the best composite blend attainable.
Production
Jean Laurent recognized that the blending process frequently isn’t complimentary to the greatest fruit being used. A dumbing down of the spectacular, because all fruit isn’t as good as the Laurent vineyards. For this reason, he has chosen to produce a supremely small production of this Champagne sourced exclusively from his single vineyard. Only 670 cases total are produced to be shared with the world. Rest assured, when you open this bottle and share it with friends, there is a strong likelihood that you are the only people in the world drinking this wine.
