Are you ready to put your Chef’s hat on? Get ready to work behind the scenes in Bolero Restaurante’s live kitchen, and enjoy a memorable, hands-on cooking experience where you’ll get private coaching, personalized tips, and share stories and laughs with Executive Chef Hany Ali as he cooks side-by-side with you.
In this class, you’ll begin by making two staple recipes for the restaurant, our vegetable and seafood broths, that are key to making Paella. You will then take a deeper dive into cooking and learn how to make Beef Wellington, Chive Mashed Potatoes, and Braised Endives.
While prepping various ingredients and learning new culinary techniques, you’ll be able to enjoy a delectable charcuterie board. And to top off the end of your class, you will privately dine with Chef Hany Ali and indulge in the meal you just created with a glass of wine to celebrate your accomplishments!
