Picked slightly early to boost their already vibrant acidity, this beautiful wine has a fine bead and shows the trademark terroir of these vines, a bit of green melon that proves the perfect slightly ripe foil to the crisp, light body that this refreshing and complex wine shows so charmingly.

Lovingly tended by Rafael Duarte, a man passionate about quality, we have seen great success with his grapes in a few different iterations. When we had the chance to make our first ever single vintage, single vineyard sparkling wine, we knew that his Garnacha Blanca grapes were the perfect fit.
