Tasting Notes
The nose is complex for such a light and refreshing wine, showing light anise and hints of kiwi and finger lime. On the palate, it brings a wave of ripe grapefruit and that lovely acidity that seems to reduce the time between tastes dramatically.
Winemaker Notes
Garnacha Blanca is the green-skinned variant of the Garnacha/Grenache family, which also includes red and gray/pink-skinned members as well. It can be made in all different manners, with many skewing toward richness and full body, like a new world oaked Chardonnay. However, ours focuses on the fresh, bright acidity that sets apart the finest examples.

Wonderful on a warm day, even more so with garlic chicken or sea bass.
