Extremely fine bubbles lift aromas of fresh croissants and tart apples. On the palate, it is zesty and pure, with crisp pear rounded out by just a touch of honey.

The Loire Valley is a majestic place, not just for the incredible wines and picturesque countryside, but also as the place where Joan of Arc came to inspire and fight alongside French troops repelling the English invasion of their country. This spirit of fierce pride and great strength has been a hallmark of the region ever since, and those factors extend to the fabulous wines they produce. This painstakingly crafted traditional method sparkling wine is made from 100% Chardonnay which is gently fermented and then aged for years in the bottle to slowly undergo secondary fermentation.
