Winemaker Notes
Some of our most enjoyable days at Europa Village are those when we get to bottle our wines. The culmination of years of effort to plant vines, harvest grapes, and make and age the final wine all come down to this one day where we quite literally put the magic in the bottle. This striking Temecula Valley Chardonnay, made from grapes grown on our Estate and across from C‘est La Vie at the excellent Huang Vineyard, was aged only in the stainless steel tanks at Bolero. The lack of oak gives a pleasantly bright wine.
