Tasting Notes
Aromas of honey-baked pear, carnation, and honeysuckle draw the taster in immediately and set the stage for greatness. On the palate, this beautiful golden-hued stunner lights up the senses with a surprisingly bright acidity. This crispness transitions into flavors of cantaloupe, lime pith, and beeswax accentuated by the trademark full bodied feel of this special Piemontese varietal.

Winemaker Notes
Arneis originated in Piedmont, Italy and can be traced back to the 14th century. The grape has been rescued from the verge of extinction and is now enjoying something of a revival, surging in popularity in Sonoma County and the Willamette Valley. The ideal conditions of our estate vineyards where this Arneis is farmed express well in the glass with fresh & clean floral aromatics, dry and refreshing mouthfeel, and an elegant finish.
Food Pairing Notes
A perfect choice for the butternut squash ravioli in the Bolero Restaurante, this wine is sure to delight at the table.
