Toasty and slightly nutty on the nose, the long aging on the lees this wine receives is immediately apparent. On the palate, the bubbles are small and persistent, with flavors of ginger and almond leading the wine to a refreshingly dry finish.

Annabel is our legendary Méthode Champenoise sparkling wine named for Ann Stephenson, our founder’s mother. Ann’s sparkling personality and wit inspired those around her throughout her life, which in turn stirred us to create this wine in her honor.
